Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Gifts By Elf. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing support@giftsbyelf.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part—such as a damaged or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or if you no longer want the product, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the courier or shipping service you choose.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account within 7-14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
